Although we had made reservations, yesterday when we arrived at the hostel the front desk had no idea we were coming. The guy I spoked with about the reservation had given me a good deal on an upgrade but when we arrived no one knew anything about such deal. We were crammed into a small place and told they would figure things out the next day. This morning the attendant at the front desk (jose) apologized for the inconvenienced and set things right. This is our new room!!
